Wonjae Lee
Wonjae Lee, LAB2050 CEO, is a journalist and an economic policy expert. Lee advises President Moon Jae-In in future social policies as a Member of Presidential Committee on Aging Society and Population Policy in the Korean government. Formerly, Lee led Korean policy think tanks including Hankyoreh Economic Research Institute (HERI) and the Hope Institute.

Byung Gyu Chang
Byung-Gyu Chang is the Chairman of Korea’s 4th Industrial Revolution Committee under the Presidential Organization. Chang is a serial entrepreneur, co-founded Neowiz and First Snow, a search engine. He is also a founder of Bon Angeles Venture Partners, a venture capital firm for early-stage startup.

Markus Kanerva
Markus Kanerva is an applied behavioral sciences specialist who has a goal to make field experiments as a standard tool in policy evaluation. He holds a part-time position at the Finnish Prime Minister's Office, teaches at a local applied science university, participates in academic research work and advises private companies. Markus is a founder and Managing Director of Tänk, an independent Finnish think tank that introduced the idea of basic income trial to Finnish decision-makers in 2014. He was part of the task force that prepared the UBI trial for the Finnish government, which later hired him to support the on-going trial.

Elizabeth Rhodes
Elizabeth Rhodes is the Research Director for the Basic Income Study at Y Combinator Research. She completed a joint PhD in Social Work and Political Science at the University of Michigan in 2016, where her research focused on health and education provision in informal settlements, workforce development, and poverty prevention and alleviation strategies.

Olli E. Kangas
Olli Kangas is Director of Government and Community Relations at KELA, the Social Insurance Institution of Finland and Professor of Practice at the University of Turku. He is also a program leader of the Equal Society research program at the Academy of Finland. His research interests revolve around the comparative political economy of the welfare state-institutions, causes and consequences. He was responsible for designing, with his team, the Basic Income Experiment in Finland, a policy measure designed to reform the Finnish social security system to better correspond with the changes in working life and simplify the complex benefit system.
